The WebEditor/Toolkit is no longer available.
Why is that, you ask? Because, frankly, the cards looked crappy. I hope to get a version of MtG Editor online soon that can render high-quality images and provide a far better service than the Toolkit ever did.
Actually, I've already completed a JSP version and all I need is someone running an application server (Tomcat etc.) who is willing to host it.
For now, if you're serious about creating MtG cards, I strongly recommend that you try the normal offline version of MtG Editor instead to create and manage your own cards and sets. It comes with a wagonload of features and can render cards that look very much like the real thing. Give it a try - I promise you won't regret it.
